Community Guidelines
The rules that keep Kandhaa safe for everyone
Our Principles
Kandhaa works because its community takes care of each other. These guidelines aren't rules imposed from above — they're the shared values that make genuine connection and healing possible.
The Guidelines
Lead with empathy
You don't need to have answers. Simply listening with patience and care is the most valuable thing you can offer.
Protect anonymity
Never try to identify other users. Never share your own or others' contact details. Anonymity is what makes vulnerability possible here.
No romantic intentions
Kandhaa is for healing, not dating. Any romantic or sexual messages will result in immediate removal.
Be patient
People here are hurting. Respond with gentleness. Never dismiss, minimise, or offer unsolicited advice.
Know your limits
You're not a therapist. If someone describes thoughts of self-harm, encourage them to contact a professional.
Report, don't retaliate
If something feels wrong, use the report button. Do not engage with harmful messages — just report and we'll handle it.
