By creating an account on Kandhaa, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Kandhaa. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Kandhaa is a peer emotional support platform. It is not a dating app, a therapy service, a crisis intervention service, or a professional counselling platform. It must not be used for romantic solicitation, sexual content, or commercial purposes of any kind.

• Revealing another user's real identity or attempting to identify them
• Romantic or sexual solicitation
• Harassment, threats, or bullying
• Sharing contact information to move conversations off-platform
• Impersonating Kandhaa staff or other users
• Any form of commercial solicitation or advertising

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice. You may delete your account at any time from your settings page.
